About Us

Ken was the SVP & CIO of IDEXX Laboratories for over a decade, one of the top performing companies on the S&P 500. In addition to his responsibility for global technology decisions and delivery, Ken also led the Reference Labs Technical Operations & Innovation team, as well as General Management ofthe IDEXX Bioanalytics business. 

Prior to IDEXX, Ken served as CIO of New England Biolabs, as UK CIO and Enterprise Shared Services head for Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, and in several other global leadership roles 

Ken serves on the board of GRAX, an innovative software start up, and has served for the past several years as the Chairman of the Board of Educate Maine, and is on the Customer Advisory Boards of companies such as Salesforce.com, Workday, and Box.com. 

Before entering technology and industry, Ken served for several years active duty in the US Army as an Arabic translator. 

Ken’s passion for building a culture of respect, gratitude, and where creativity flourishes has continued to grow over the years. Leading technology teams in life sciences tickles his curiosity on more than one front - innovating in impactful ways, surrounded by smart people, and learning every day how work can impact the human condition.
